Cranberry Scones
Overview
Scones are a British-style bread that is very simple to make. It has a texture between biscuits and bread. The shape can also be diversified. It is no longer a static triangle. It can be made into circles, triangles, heart shapes and other shapes you like. Freshly baked scones are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They will become softer after cooling. In addition to being served as breakfast, scones are more suitable for afternoon tea. If you add some jam and drink them with a cup of coffee or black tea, it would be even more perfect.
