  1. Cut the tofu into about 1 cm slices. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Marinate for 2 minutes.

  2. Add olive oil to the pan and fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides.

  3. Remove the roots from the seafood mushrooms.

  4. Cut into thin strips.

  5. Cut green onions and bell peppers into small pieces.

  6. Add a little olive oil to the pot, add onions and peppers and stir-fry until fragrant, then add seafood mushrooms and stir-fry until cooked.
