I love eating chicken gizzards whether they are braised, cold or stir-fried, but today I made this chicken gizzards with pickled peppers, stir-fried, and it tasted very crispy!

Wash the chicken gizzards.

Cut the chicken gizzards into two halves and cut into pieces.

Add cooking wine, salt, water starch and marinate to taste.

Wash the onions and celery and cut into sections.

Chop the pickled pepper, pickled ginger and garlic and set aside.
