Luffa and egg. Cut the loofah into hob pieces, beat the eggs, add a little salt and cooking wine and stir evenly.

Heat a little oil in the pan, add the loofah and stir-fry.

Add appropriate amount of water, cover and simmer for 3 minutes.

Pour in the beaten egg mixture.

Sprinkle in chopped green onion, add salt and cooking wine to taste. No need to add chicken essence, retain the fresh and sweet taste of loofah.
