[Potato Flour] You can still eat delicious potato flour in a simple way. Usually we have to simmer a pot of broth to eat it, or just use a casserole to cook it in one pot. A relatively simple method is used here, stir-fry a pot of minced meat, mix it and eat it directly. It's more suitable for breakfast and a very quick way to eat. Potato flour should be soaked in advance, and then boiled before eating. I prefer to use beef for meat sauce. It can be paired with any vegetables and it is very convenient.

In the material picture, this meat filling is mixed and seasoned. My usual filling method is to first add chopped onion, ginger, liquid seasoning and salt, then add oyster sauce and sugar, then add egg white, and finally add starch. Some fillings can omit the starch or egg white)

Soak the potato flour in advance.

Remove gluten from green beans and chop into small pieces.

Chop onion and ginger.

Pour the oil into the pan and put the peanuts in the cold oil. After the oil is hot, the peanuts can be taken out of the pan. This is the usual method of frying peanuts and it is very easy to use.

Sauté the chopped onions and ginger in the oil in the pot.

Add the meat filling and stir-fry until loose.

Add chopped vegetables and stir-fry.

Add starch water and perform secondary seasoning.

After the sauteed seeds are fried, add some chopped red pepper or chopped garlic sprouts to make them look nice and fragrant.

. Cook potato flour in another pot. Boil the soaked potato flour until transparent and take it out of the pot.

Top with the fried meat sauce and top with the fried peanuts before serving. Peanuts can be mashed into pieces or large depending on your preference.
