  2. Use a spoon to skim off the foam from the evenly stirred egg liquid, put cold water in the pot, put the bowl directly into the pot, cover the pot and turn on medium-low heat

  4. Wait for the water to boil and then steam for 4 minutes. Turn off the heat, take it out, add a spoonful of soy sauce and sesame oil and sprinkle with chopped green onion. I diluted the soy sauce with some boiling water
