Overview

I happened to see someone selling fat sausage at the market, and the food was very clean, so I bought some, braised it, and cooked the spicy fat sausage. It was very delicious.

  1. Rub the fat intestines with salt, wine and flour, and wash them thoroughly

  2. Put onion, ginger and wine in the pot, blanch the fat intestines in water first, then wash them again

  3. Put the sausage, salt, sugar, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, wine, onion and ginger into the electric pressure cooker and simmer until cooked
