Hot and sour noodles
Overview
A small Chongqing Hot and Sour Noodle shop opened near my workplace. The sour and spicy noodles are very delicious. Sometimes I go there to eat a bowl of hot and sour noodles when I'm hungry... Unfortunately, it closed not long after it opened. Now I have to make it myself if I want to eat it.

Vermicelli, red oil, coriander...

Soak the vermicelli in water overnight.

Put water in the pot, bring to a boil, add the soaked vermicelli, and cook for about 4 or 5 minutes.

Take it out and take a shower.

Put a small amount of oil in the pot, add minced meat, add cooking wine and stir-fry.

Add enough water at a time.

After boiling, add peanut butter, roasted sesame salad juice, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, salt, lemon salad juice, sesame oil, mix well and turn off the heat.

Finally, put on the plate, add vermicelli, peanuts, coriander, pour the cooked soup, and add red oil, vinegar, and oil chili according to personal taste.
