Dorayaki is Doraemon's favorite. This version of Dorayaki has less oil and sugar, and is 100% healthy. I believe Doraemon would like to eat it more

  1. Add fine sugar to milk

  3. Break in two eggs

  4. Stir evenly and add corn oil

  5. Add salt and stir

  6. Weigh the cake flour and baking powder

  7. Sift the flour and add it to the egg mixture

  8. Use a hand mixer to mix evenly until there are no particles or dry powder, cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 15 minutes

  9. Preheat the non-stick pan to 50% hot, pour a ladle of batter

  10. Pour the batter so that the shape of the batter is round

  11. Fry over low heat until a honeycomb pattern appears on the surface

  12. Flip and fry for another two minutes

  14. Take a cool piece of Dorayaki and spread an appropriate amount of red bean paste
