Overview
Dorayaki is Doraemon's favorite. This version of Dorayaki has less oil and sugar, and is 100% healthy. I believe Doraemon would like to eat it more

Add fine sugar to milk

Add honey

Break in two eggs

Stir evenly and add corn oil

Add salt and stir

Weigh the cake flour and baking powder

Sift the flour and add it to the egg mixture

Use a hand mixer to mix evenly until there are no particles or dry powder, cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 15 minutes

Preheat the non-stick pan to 50% hot, pour a ladle of batter

Pour the batter so that the shape of the batter is round

Fry over low heat until a honeycomb pattern appears on the surface

Flip and fry for another two minutes

Take out and let cool

Take a cool piece of Dorayaki and spread an appropriate amount of red bean paste

Take another piece of Dorayaki without red bean paste and stack it together

Healthy Dorayaki is ready
