Wash the chicken wings and drain them. Use a fork or toothpick to poke some small holes in the skin

Shred the ginger and mix well with the chicken wings

Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, tomato sauce, honey, salt and sugar and stir well

Add freshly ground black pepper

After mixing well, put it in the refrigerator to marinate for one night to fully absorb the flavor (if there is not enough time, marinate for more than 3 hours)

Take it out on the second day, place it on the grill, bake at 190 degrees for 35 minutes
