Stir-fried shredded pork with coriander

Coriander, coriander also. One of my favorite dishes for a while.

Wash the pork spine and cut into shreds.

Add a little salt, a spoonful of cooking wine, appropriate amount of starch and marinate for 15 minutes.

Wash the cilantro, remove the leaves, and cut the cilantro stems into sections about the same length as the shredded pork.

Cut the dried red pepper into shreds with scissors.

Heat the pot, add an appropriate amount of oil and immediately put the shredded meat into the pot and break it up.

When the shredded meat changes color, add a spoonful of it and stir-fry evenly.

Add red pepper shreds to the pot and stir-fry evenly.

Add appropriate amount of salt to taste.

Add the coriander and stir-fry quickly until the coriander is cooked and then remove from the pan.
