Wash the skin-on pork belly and cut into small pieces. Prepare seasonings: ginger slices, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, garlic.

Add the seasonings to medium-heat oil and slowly stir-fry until fragrant! Do not use high heat, otherwise the spices will be burnt and there will be no fragrance.
