Prepare spices.

Prepare the drunk crab container, wash it once with boiling water, place it upside down on chopsticks to drain.

Pour all ingredients into the container.

Put the crabs into a bucket, pour in water, sprinkle with a teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of white wine, and raise them for 5 hours, changing the water three times in the middle. Then use a small brush to scrub the crabs under running water, then put them in a bucket without water for 1 hour, and spit out the excess water.

Take out the hairy crab, peel off the belly button, and squeeze out the navel dirt.

Put the hairy crabs into a large bowl, pour 300 ml of high-strength white wine, cover and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Then put all the hairy crabs into the container, cover the lid, (the pickling juice must cover the hairy crabs) and refrigerate for more than 5 days before eating.
