shiitake mushrooms, 1 leek, 3 eggs, 1 small handful of shrimp skin, 2 rapeseeds, 1 small bag of mustard, and 200 grams of wonton wrappers.

Fry 2 eggs into egg droplets.

Wash and chop the mushrooms and fry.

Chop the leeks, wash and cut the rapeseed into sections, and use a knife to cut the mustard.

Crush the eggs, chopped leeks, fried mushrooms, add some oil, sesame oil, oyster sauce, salt and five-spice powder and stir.

Have all ingredients ready.

You have opened the wontons, wrap them as you like, and apply some water on the skin to make them stick.

Add soup to the boil and the wonton skin will be thin and easy to cook. After boiling the pot, add dried shrimps and pickled mustard, add egg liquid, add rapeseed, add some salt and five-spice powder, and turn off the heat.
