Norwegian home-cooked food——Salmon Baked Pasta
Overview
This simple baked pasta dish is a new product from a Norwegian manufacturer specializing in semi-finished foods. It looked good in the TV commercials, but I was disappointed after I bought it. There was too little salmon and so many carrots! I looked at the ingredient list and thought, haha, I’d better make it myself. There are few ingredients and simple operation. It is a Western-style home-cooked dish with zero failure. If you are interested, come and give it a try:)

Wash the material. Cut the carrots into small pieces and break the broccoli into small pieces. Boil the carrots in boiling water for 5 minutes. Roll the broccoli in the boiling water until the color turns green and take it out

Cook the pasta in lightly salted water according to the time indicated on the packaging bag until medium rare

Peel the salmon and cut into small pieces

Place cooked pasta in a baking pan

Layer the carrots and broccoli

Place salmon on top and sprinkle with black pepper and salt

Top with whipped cream

Sprinkle with grated cheese. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and set the middle rack for 15-20 minutes.
