Stir-fried sausage with onions
Overview
Fat sausage is an ingredient that many people really love and hate. Needless to say, everyone knows it, hehe. Calculating the time, my family hasn't eaten in a long time. If I eat it once in a while, I won't gain too much weight. I secretly comfort myself first. The most well-known dish made with fat intestines is probably fat intestine hot pot. It is indeed delicious, but I personally feel that the oil is always too heavy. This time I stir-fried the sausage with onions, garlic sprouts and dried chilies. The pungent aroma of the onions neutralized the fishy smell of the sausage. With the spiciness added to it, it tasted great. The homemade version also had less oil and looked a little fresh, hahaha.
