Egg tart mold muffin
Overview
There were about twenty cups at home, but the children tore them apart until only one was found. When I wanted to eat muffins, I thought of this egg tart mold. I have made it once before and it feels more environmentally friendly. But today all I did was talk.

Required materials (baking powder and cake flour mixed)

Crack the eggs into a container and beat

Add milk, sugar and corn oil and mix well

Add a spoonful of lemon juice

Sift in the flour

Pour into the egg tart mold (coat the bottom with oil)

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees for 25 minutes (cover the top with tin foil after fifteen minutes)
