Chop the lean meat and set aside.

Cut the rice jelly into 2cm cubes.

Wash the green onions and cut into slightly longer sections, slice the ginger and set aside.

Heat up the wok, add cooking oil to heat and sauté the ginger slices until fragrant, add the minced meat and stir-fry till raw.
