Cheese Honey Bean Flathead
Overview
I bought wheat germ to make toast, but my family didn’t really like toast alone, so I thought of the rose sauce I made and added some to the dough! Later I thought about filling it with some cheese and honey bean filling!

First put the egg liquid, light cream, water, brown sugar and salt into the bucket

Add flour, yeast and wheat germ

Also added homemade rose sauce

Start dough kneading program

After kneading into a dough, add butter and continue kneading

After using 2 programs to reach a complete stage, start the basic fermentation. This is what it looks like after 40 minutes

Take out the fermented dough and flatten it to deflate the air

Divide the dough into 12 small pieces and rest for 15 minutes

Take a bowl, add 90 grams of softened honey beans, 40 grams of whipping cream, 40 grams of powdered sugar and 50 grams of honey beans and mix well to form a filling

Take a piece of dough, flatten it and roll it out, add cheese and honey bean filling

Slowly close your mouth and round it

Put it into the mold and press it gently

Place in the oven for secondary fermentation and brush with egg wash

After putting it in the oven, I placed another baking pan on top and baked it at 170 degrees for about 25 minutes
