I like to make simple and nutritious pancakes for breakfast. Today I added some cornmeal, which is better for health.

Have the ingredients ready for later use.

Flour + cornmeal + salt + pepper + chicken essence + eggs.

Chop the green onion into fine pieces.

Stir the batter until there are no lumps of flour, add the chives and mix well.

Brush the pan with clear oil, pour in the batter and level it.

The surface batter is slightly dry and brushed with oil.

Gently turn over and fry.
