Mix flour with appropriate amount of water to form a dough, let it rest for 20 minutes and set aside.

Cut the pork into small cubes and chop the onion and ginger.

Place the diced pork, shrimp, eggs, soy sauce, onion, ginger, and oyster sauce in a food processor.

Stir all ingredients into mincemeat and set aside.

Pick and wash the beans, blanch them in water and set aside.

Place the beans in a food processor and grind until finely chopped.

Squeeze out the moisture from the bean filling and put it together with the meat filling.

Add sesame oil, salt and chicken essence, mix well and set aside for dumpling filling.

Make the dough, roll out the dough, and wrap the dumplings.

Boil the dumplings in a pot under boiling water until the dumplings are cooked.
