Orchid-roasted shiitake mushrooms
Overview
Shiitake mushrooms are one of my country's specialties and are known as delicacies among the people. It is a fungus that grows on wood. It tastes delicious, has a refreshing aroma, and is rich in nutrients. It contains vitamin B complex, iron, potassium, and provitamin D. It is a nutritional and health food with high protein and low fat. It can prevent liver cirrhosis and enhance cellular immunity, thereby inhibiting the growth of cancer cells. Broccoli has a very high dry vitamin C content and should be eaten regularly. Put these two ingredients together and prepare them with oyster sauce, sugar, and stock. It is delicious and nutritious.
