Daylily Clam Soup Braised Noodles
Overview
In pure stewed soup, day lily must not be missing. In fact, there is another important ingredient that is rarely available in authentic form, and that is mountain mushroom. I remember when I was a child, my grandma made braised noodles, which was called Yixiang, and the soup was white clam soup, which was called Yixian.
