Fold inward from the left 1/3, then fold inward from the right 1/3

Roll out the dough again and repeat the previous step
-
Place in the refrigerator to rest for 1 hour

Roll the dough out again and spread honey red beans

Then fold the right 1/3 inwards, complete 3 folds, and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
-
Roll out the relaxed dough to 2.5cm thick, cut into 2.5cm (2cm) wide strips, cut side up, and place into a 5.5cm (4cm) wide U-shaped mold
-
Carry out final fermentation in a warm and humid place
-
Put it into a preheated oven at 200 degrees. Bake on the middle shelf with upper and lower heat until it expands and sets, then turn to 180 degrees and bake for color. It will take about 20 minutes in total and then bake at 185 degrees for 5 to 7 minutes. Immediately after taking it out of the oven, remove it from the mold and let it cool
