Cut the tofu into small pieces.

Wash and cut the enoki mushrooms.

Wash the pen tube fish and cut into sections.

Heat oil in the pan, add chopped green onions and saute until fragrant.

Add tofu and stir-fry carefully.

Add appropriate amount of water.

Add enoki mushrooms and simmer.

Cook until the soup thickens, add the pen tube fish and stir-fry for a few times.
