Prepare all kinds of ingredients, vegetables and meat. I blanch the konjac shreds with water in advance, but not the lotus root. I like it crispy. Anyway, it’s all kinds of vegetables you like. Prepare whatever you like to eat. My favorites are lotus root, green bamboo shoots, konjac shreds, lettuce, and corn.

I stir-fried the bacon and sausage first, and they tasted better if they were a little burnt.
-
The green bamboo shoots are also fried until they are five-mature.
-
Be sure not to put too much oil in the pot, otherwise your mouth will be filled with oil after a while. Wangjiadu's spicy pot ingredients also contain some oil. Just put enough oil in the pot to fry the onions, ginger and garlic. Fry onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant.
-
Add spicy pot ingredients. Fry out the red oil.
-
Add the fried five-ripe green bamboo shoots and stir-fry over low heat for a while. When soft, add the lotus root segments and stir-fry for another 3 minutes. I won’t include the other pictures of vegetables one by one because there are too many vegetables. Mine is green bamboo shoots - lotus root segments - cabbage gang - purple cabbage (forgot to put lettuce) - shredded konjac - bell pepper - bacon and sausage. I turned on the timer and put one dish in a minute, and finally tasted whether it was salty enough. Generally speaking, a little more salt is enough. Add some more chicken powder. OK. Get out of the pot.

Anyway, it's still delicious. My wife ate 2 bowls of rice! He didn't want to eat lotus roots, so he picked out all the lotus root segments for me and put them aside, with the lotus root segments facing me, meaning he wanted me to eat more lotus roots. Too willful
