Vegetarian stuffed fried buns
Overview
When I go to work, because I am in a hurry to get to work and get off work, I always eat lunch in a hurry. In order to make a delicious lunch for the family, I was busy buying vegetables, making stuffing, rolling out the dough..., and a pot of vegetarian fried buns was served.

Steps
-
Pour the flour into a basin, first pour hot water to make the flour look like snowflakes, then use a small amount of cold water to knead the dough into a dough (softer), cover it and let it rest for about 20 minutes.
-
Mix the leeks with an appropriate amount of sesame oil (this will prevent the filling from becoming watery), mix the other seasonings thoroughly, then mix the two, and add the salt last.
-
Added fresh shrimps, a smaller amount, not too eye-catching. You can only feel it when you eat it.
-
The buns are ready.
-
When the bottom of the buns is slightly hard and fried, pour the water starch (don't put too much starch) into the frying pan, cover and fry.
-
Fry for about 6 or 7 minutes. When the water is still submerged, lift the lid of the pot and fry for a few more minutes.
-
The fried buns are out of the pan, put them on a plate.
