Overview
White melon, I don’t know if it is a melon unique to Guangdong. The ones I saw on the Internet are a bit similar, but a bit different. This melon is only available in summer and is quite sweet. Just remove the flesh and cut it into pieces, and it can be paired with some meat or stir-fried.

Prepare the ingredients, remove the flesh from the white melon and cut it into pieces, marinate the beef slices with seasonings and shredded ginger for about 15 minutes, mince the chili pepper and garlic, cut the green onion into sections, and shred the ginger
