Fried tofu stuffed with pork
Overview
The fried tofu stuffed with pork is usually made by my mother for me. I made it myself once when I had time during the holidays. It is actually quite simple. I don’t want to eat too much meat. I added black fungus and yam to give it a crispy texture. It is delicious.
