Braised yellow croaker noodles with fresh eyebrows

Yellow croaker has few spines and rich nutritional value. Even though I'm half Northern, I'm also pretty good at this one. Have materials ready.

Cut the fish meat on both sides under the yellow croaker fillet into pieces.

Add salt, pepper, starch, and egg white to the yellow croaker meat, stir well and sizing.

Stir-fry the fish head, fish tail and fish bones under the slices with onion, ginger and garlic and then heat the water.

Cook over high heat for ten minutes until the soup turns milky white.

Cut the pickled vegetables into pieces and blanch them in water.

Add minced garlic and stir-fry with lard, then pour in the cooked fish soup, season with a little salt and cook for one minute.

Blanch the marinated yellow croaker meat in a hot water pot until cooked.

Pour the noodles into the water, then add the fish stock and cook.

Place blanched yellow croaker meat on the fish soup noodles and add chopped green onion.
