Recently I like to eat chicken feet with pickled peppers, and I buy a pack every night when I go back to the dormitory. However, the portion was too small and it was not enough to chew, so I soaked some myself!

Cut off nails from chicken feet and chop into small pieces for later use.

Boil water in a pot, add an appropriate amount of salt and chicken feet, add a little cooking wine and cook for about 5 minutes.

Take out the chicken feet, wash them and rinse them in running water for more than half an hour. (Just flush the water under the faucet. This is simple, but it does not waste water, but it is healthy!

Pour an appropriate amount of cold boiled water and white vinegar into a bowl, then add pickled wild pepper, Sichuan peppercorns, ginger slices and pickled pepper water, add an appropriate amount of MSG, rock sugar, and salt and mix well. (The ratio of boiled water, vinegar and pepper water is about 1:1:1)

Finally, add the cooked chicken feet and soak for 6 hours before serving. (Turn it over a few times to soak it evenly)
