Stir-fried Bedding with Cabbage
Overview
Late autumn and early winter are the seasons when we harvest large quantities of locally farmed scallops. Usually, we buy more, steam them at home, peel them out, and quickly freeze them into packages when preparing side dishes.

Prepare cabbage and cooked shellfish.

Cut the cabbage into thin inches and the green onion into thin pieces.

Heat oil in a pan, add onion and dry red pepper and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add cabbage.

Fry until slightly soft and add appropriate amount of salt.

Add cooked shellfish.

Add a little vinegar and continue to stir.

Add sesame oil.

Turn off the heat and add coriander.
