Add boiling water to brown sugar to turn into brown sugar water. (Add the amount of brown sugar and boiling water according to the sweetness you want)

When the brown sugar water cools down and becomes lukewarm, add about 3g of yeast powder and stir to dissolve.

Wash the red dates, cut them into pieces and remove the cores. I also prepared some dried cranberries. (You can also use raisins, etc.)

Measure 250g of flour.

Pour the brown sugar water into the flour, pour it in several times, and stir while pouring until the flour becomes a particle-free batter. (Not dry or thin)

Add the prepared red dates to the stirred batter and stir evenly again.

Cover and let it rest for about twenty minutes.

Prepare a mold and brush the bottom with a layer of oil. (You can also divide it into several small bowls)

Pour the risen batter into the mold. Wake up again for about ten minutes. You can also add some red dates, cranberries, etc. on top.
