The little bear squeezes the bread
Overview
A bread that I have been dreaming of for a long time, I finally got rid of it today! The noodles are made with dragon fruit puree and filled with red bean paste! What I did today was weeding, and secondly, I got a good butter to try out, and by the way, I opened the baking pan that I got from Haodou.com Dou coins! It really kills three birds with one stone!

Ingredients
Steps
-
First, beat the dragon fruit into puree
-
First add liquid, dragon fruit juice, egg liquid (choose larger eggs) into the bread bucket, then add sugar and salt to one corner
-
Add flour and yeast
-
Put the bread machine into the bread machine and start the IMIX program to mix and knead the dough. The default for each program is 20 minutes
-
Prepare the butter. I used Bravele butter from Italy. When I opened the package, I smelled a very rich milky aroma
-
After the dough forms, add small pieces of butter and continue kneading
-
I use 1 and a half IMIX programs, which is 30 minutes. Take out the dough and place it at room temperature for basic fermentation
-
Ferment until doubled in size, about 40 minutes
-
Divide the dough into 12 small pieces, 50 grams each, leaving a little for the ears. My baking pan can only fit 6, so I made one plate first
-
Take a piece of dough and flatten it out, then wrap 30 grams of bean paste filling in the middle
-
Wrap it up and place it in a baking pan for secondary fermentation
-
After the secondary fermentation is completed, brush with egg wash and put the ears on
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 20 minutes
-
After the bread cooled down slightly, I put the round white chocolate on the bread while it was still warm, and then used melted dark chocolate to draw the eyes and nose
