Pork belly, cabbage and frozen tofu are home-cooked dishes in the Northeast. A long time ago, when there was no refrigerator, you could only eat frozen tofu in winter. It is very delicious. It is soft and chewy when you take a bite. It is delicious when paired with pork belly and side dishes.
