  1. Peel the round eggplant and cut into cubes.

  2. Wash the peppers and slice them into slices.

  3. Slice the pork belly, pat it with starch, and mince the garlic.

  4. Bowl juice: light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oil, sugar, salt, starch.

  5. Sprinkle some water on the eggplant, pat it evenly with a layer of flour, fry it in a pan until the oil is at a medium temperature.
