Seafood Little Tofu - Simple Delicious

Simple is delicious. Children who like to eat seafood can try it. It is very simple and nutritious. The first time I made it, I finished the whole bowl. So happy~

Equip the materials, clean them and set them aside

Put a small amount of water in the induction cooker (one layer is enough), and put the washed clams in cold water. Cover and cook for about 2 minutes until all clams open.

When the clams are slightly cool, remove the flesh and retain most of the stock. (You don’t need the soup at the bottom, as there will be fine sand.) Peel the shrimps and set aside.

Cut the chrysanthemum into small pieces.

Add eggs to tofu and crush with a spoon.

After crushing. . .

Heat oil in a pan, add onion and ginger and saute until fragrant

Add tofu and shrimps in turn and stir-fry until shrimps turn pink.

Add chrysanthemum and stir-fry for about 2 minutes

Final seasoning: add a pinch of salt (clam soup is salty) and white pepper (for freshness). Bring down a little bit of the soup over high heat. OK~
