This dish was a creative dish that came to me on a whim one day. At least I have never heard of such a recipe before. O(∩_∩)O is very simple, but delicious. Children who are interested can try it. ^_^

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add two tablespoons of water, one-third of a tablespoon of vinegar, an appropriate amount of salt, and beat thoroughly into egg liquid. (Adding water and vinegar can make the scrambled eggs more tender, but don’t add too much.) Wash the bean sprouts, remove the saltiness and set aside, and chop the green onions.
