Casserole stewed tofu
Overview
The ready-made tofu, celery and tomatoes are stewed together in one pot, and the noodles are cooked and eaten together. It is completely vegetarian and very fragrant. Since I stopped eating pork for half a year, there are a lot of different dishes missing from the table. Coupled with the recent flu, I don’t want to buy chickens and ducks anymore, so there are even fewer meat dishes. I consciously eat vegetarian food two days a week, and I feel pretty good.

Dice the tofu.

Dice celery, dice tomatoes, and chop green onion and ginger.

Pour oil into the wok and sauté the chopped onion and ginger.

Add tomatoes and celery cubes and stir-fry.

After the celery is fried until soft, add the cooked tofu and season with salt, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce.

Transfer the seasoned tofu to a casserole, simmer slowly over low heat for five to eight minutes, and add white pepper and sugar to taste.

If you are not eating it with noodles, you can collect the soup. It is better to keep the soup when you are mixing it with noodles.
