Clean the edamame.

Cut the pork into thin slices.

Cut the peppers and garlic sprouts into small rings, and coat the pork with starch and a little oil.

Heat oil in a pan, add edamame and chili and stir-fry until the beans are cooked. Add a little water and cook until the beans are cooked.

Add the pork and stir-fry until it changes colour.

Stir-fry the meat and edamame evenly, and season with salt, chicken essence, and oyster sauce.

Add garlic sprouts and stir-fry evenly.

Remove from the pot and serve on a plate.
