Put all the ingredients except butter into the dough mixing bucket and stir with chopsticks to form a dough (reserve about 10g of water for adjustment)

Insert the dough into the dough, start the 1st gear to knead the dough, and wait for about 1 minute after starting the machine for 30 seconds to avoid damage

Check, it has reached the expansion stage, continue kneading the dough for 2 minutes (you can also make sweet bread at this time)

It takes 25 minutes, including resting, for the dough to be able to pull out a complete film that is not easy to break.

Take out the dough and let it ferment until it doubles in size

Take out the fermented dough, knead it on the chopping board to remove the air, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes

Roll out on the dough mat to the same size as the baking pan

Put it in the baking pan, put it in the oven, close the door and ferment it. In summer, ferment it at room temperature.

When it doubles in size, take out the egg wash and sprinkle with chopped green onion

Preheat the oven in advance, 180 degrees

Place in preheated oven, middle rack, 180 degrees, 13 minutes
