Yangjiang·Zhuchanglu
Overview
The signature snack of my hometown Yangjiang City, Guangdong Province: Pig Intestine. It is similar to the usual rice noodle rolls. Bean sprouts, shrimp skin, egg skin, etc. are wrapped in rice noodle skin, and then sesame seeds are sprinkled on the rice noodle skin. It can be eaten whole, or cut into small pieces, and then dipped in special seasonings (such as hot sauce). It tastes salty and fragrant, and is very delicious. Some of them are dipped in beef brisket juice, which adds more flavor.
