Red bean, taro and milk stew
Overview
This is one of my favorite desserts. Red beans can remove dampness and detoxify. Taro has anti-cancer effects. The addition of milk makes the milky aroma richer. Mixed with the aroma of taro, it is a rare nutritious delicacy. Take it as breakfast, it is suitable for both adults and children, and it will be full of energy for the day!
