Stir-fried chicken and onions
Overview
When paired with porridge and side dishes, it should be salty, dry and fragrant. Today I had fried chicken and onions. First stir-fry the chicken until it is slightly dry and fragrant, then stir-fry the onions, and finally mix the two ingredients together and stir-fry. Friends who are afraid of trouble can stir-fry in one pot, but the fried dishes will not be very refreshing. If you have time, it’s better to fry them separately.

Prepare chicken breast, green garlic and onions.
