Stuffed Sausage Cheese Pizza
Overview
For Dad’s birthday, let’s not eat cake, but bake a large pizza with enough ingredients for a change~ Hehe, there is too much cheese, but it is really awesome~ PS: The baking pan is not round. I usually use a 6-inch round mold in my oven to bake cakes, so the proportion of this square baking pan should be slightly larger than 6 inches. You can increase or decrease the proportion of ingredients as a reference.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Mix low flour and high flour, mix yeast with a little warm water, pour into flour and mix well.
-
Pour warm water into the flour little by little and stir until it forms a fluffy consistency.
-
Knead into a ball
-
Add the melted butter and continue to knead evenly.
-
Knead into a smooth dough that does not stick to your hands. Let the dough rise in a warm place while you prepare the filling.
-
First make the pizza sauce and mince the garlic cloves
-
Dice some onions.
-
Small bags of tomato sauce are fried using half a bag.
-
Heat oil in a pan and add minced garlic and onion and sauté until fragrant.
-
Pour in tomato paste, garlic and onions and stir-fry evenly.
-
Add a little salt and sugar to taste.
-
Pour out the fried pizza sauce and set aside.
-
Slice mushrooms, shred half a green pepper, shred an onion, and slice 3 grilled sausages.
-
Take out the fermented dough and let it ferment until it doubles in volume and ferment for about 50 minutes.
-
Knead into a ball and roll into dough
-
Place the dough into the baking pan and use a rolling pin to remove excess dough along the edges.
-
Knead the excess dough into a ball again, roll it into a dough, roll 3 sausages along the edges of the dough toward the center, and wrap the sausages in the dough.
-
Roll the sausage into about 2 layers of dough and cut off the excess dough. The remaining dough can also be baked into small pizzas, which are quite soft.
-
Cut the rolled sausage into segments.
-
Dip the sausage segments in water and place them on the baking pan, dipping them in water to make them stick better.
-
Use a fork to poke small holes in the dough to prevent it from bulging when baking.
-
Brush with pizza sauce
-
Preheat the oven for 5 minutes, then bake the cake in the middle rack of the oven for 7 minutes.
-
Take out the baked dough and spread a layer of mozzarella cheese
-
Layer sausage slices
-
Place the mushroom slices in the microwave for 1 minute to remove moisture and prevent the pizza from becoming too moist.
-
Place the beaten mushrooms on top
-
Place onion and green pepper shreds
-
Place the pizza in the oven and heat the middle layer up and down for 12 minutes.
-
After baking, take it out and spread it with tomato sauce to enhance the flavor.
-
Sprinkle cheese and put it in the oven for 10 minutes (the cheese in the middle layer melts in the first 7 minutes, and the top layer colors in the next 3 minutes)
-
It’s baked and out of the oven~ There’s so much cheese, you can’t see the filling anymore, but for children who love cheese, not much, not too much... the filling is rich and sufficient, and the taste is awesome~
