Soak artificial meat in water and cut into strips

Add cold oil to the pan and fry until golden brown

Take it out of the plate

Leave a small amount of oil in the wok, over medium heat, add two tablespoons of chili pepper, one and a half tablespoons of sugar, one and a half tablespoons of thirteen spices, and one tablespoon of mature vinegar. Fry until fragrant (to avoid burning the chili peppers, do not turn on high heat). Pour in appropriate amount of boiling water. Turn off the heat. Add appropriate amount of salt and MSG. (Avoid adding MSG over high heat, as it is not good for your health.)

Pour the fried artificial meat into the pot and stir evenly. Cover the pot and simmer for a while.
