  1. Blanch the purchased pig skin in a pot of boiling water, add rice wine and vinegar and cook for 8 minutes

  2. Pick it up and scrape off the fat with a knife, leaving only the skin

  3. Use an eyebrow clip to remove pig hair

  4. Wash with warm water several times and cut into strips

  5. Put the pork skin strips into a small soup pot and add 2 times the water

  6. Add onions, ginger, star anise, bay leaves and grass fruits and cook together

  7. Cook for about half an hour, add a little oyster sauce for base flavor and color (not too much)

  8. Take a glass crisper and put some cooked peanuts

  9. Pour in the pork skin and soup, let cool, then refrigerate overnight

  10. This was taken out of the refrigerator and chilled overnight
