Blanch the purchased pig skin in a pot of boiling water, add rice wine and vinegar and cook for 8 minutes

Pick it up and scrape off the fat with a knife, leaving only the skin

Use an eyebrow clip to remove pig hair

Wash with warm water several times and cut into strips

Put the pork skin strips into a small soup pot and add 2 times the water

Add onions, ginger, star anise, bay leaves and grass fruits and cook together

Cook for about half an hour, add a little oyster sauce for base flavor and color (not too much)

Take a glass crisper and put some cooked peanuts

Pour in the pork skin and soup, let cool, then refrigerate overnight

This was taken out of the refrigerator and chilled overnight
