Tofu balls (sweet and sour tofu balls)
Overview
If you have nothing to do, just think about it and eat it. You can leave out the mushrooms and fungus in different ways. Making sweet and sour affects the appearance.

Soak the fungus, wash the fresh mushrooms, and soak the dried mushrooms in water, wash and chop them. Chop some green onion and ginger into the meat filling and chop it together with the meat filling. Add some soy sauce and cooking wine and mix it. Wear disposable gloves or plastic bags and crush the tofu with your hands. The more broken it is, the better. Grate the carrots and chop into small pieces. Put all the above things into the same container

Fry until it turns golden and take it out. After frying, fry again on medium heat for one minute

The fungus and shiitake mushrooms can be omitted. Because there are black spots in the color, it doesn’t matter if you eat them fried directly, but making sweet and sour meatballs will affect the appearance
