Cold Spiced Beef
Overview
I bought too much spiced beef. I didn’t finish it in one meal, and there was half a catty left. After it had been stored for a day, I didn’t want to cut it and eat it directly, so I sliced it and marinated it. With the addition of seasonings and onions, the leftover beef was still delicious. And it’s more delicious to eat this way in summer.
