Wild Rice Pork Noodles
Overview
Lo noodles are what we Henan people call them, and they are also called steamed noodles. But no matter how you call it, the method is the same, which is to fry your favorite vegetables and pour them on the cooked noodles. In summer, it is cooled with cold boiled water to make it taste more delicious. Every family here eats noodles like this.

Peel and wash the wild rice and the colored peppers. For meat, I chose snowflakes from the front legs and removed the fat

All meat and vegetables are cut into cubes

Blanch the wild rice and take it out and set aside.

Put a small amount of oil in the pot and sauté the minced ginger until fragrant, then add the diced pork

Stir-fry the diced meat until it changes color, then add five-spice powder, pepper, and rice wine

Add soy sauce

Stir the meat evenly and add the wild rice

Add appropriate amount of boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes

Finally add the diced bell pepper and salt

Stir well and remove from heat.

After the noodles are cooked, cool them in boiling water
